Every member of our professional styling team is subject to a skills test. Before being offered a chair at GS HAIR, they must 'test in' to demonstrate an absolute mastery of their skills in both cut and color. Team members who are not ready yet, assist team stylists to bring thier skills up to a GS HAIR level.
