The person who greets you at the front desk is critical to the livelihood of your business.  That one person is like the tip of a pyramid.  They are the ultimate first impression.  We have modern, streamlined décor.  But, our corporate philosophy is warm and inviting.  We wanted affordable luxury for every woman.  When you set aside the time and money to spend on yourself, you want that experience to be relaxing.  Kelley was hand-picked for her ability to make people feel at ease. 

 

The word Concierge though French in origin, comes from the latin prefix con, meaning “together”, along with serviens, meaning “to serve”.  Kelley’s experience running salon business made her the ideal candidate for our front desk.  Questions and concerns can all be forwarded to her experienced ear.  “We want your time here to be fun and relaxing.” “Let me take care of the details for you.”

 

“I liked the energy when I came in the door”, Kelley will tell you.  “Seeing people transformed is just a perk!”   This mother of two teen-agers can multi-task like a pro.  She brings a wealth of experience that is surely above her title.  “I’m glad to be here, it was a good move at my favorite time of year.”  “I love the fall, and I love Halloween!”  “My secret’s out!”  she grins,  “Give me crisp cool air, scary movies and haunted houses,  I love it all!”
